I have a little spider living in my room, a really tiny one. A month ago he fought a large fly for two hours, and ended up scarfing it down. Today I caught another fly just like it and tossed it into his web — he didn't even budge. At first I thought he'd gotten spoiled, but when the fly untangled itself, he quickly scurried over to the spot where it had been. So, having a safe position, he didn't want to risk it even for a big reward? Or was something else driving him?
I hate and am terrified of insects, but I'm completely fine with arachnids.
